天津企業展廳意向邀標公示

根據公司發展需要，本公司擬建設一座企業展廳，現面向社會公開征集設計方案。具體信息如下：

項目名稱：天津企業展廳設計

項目地點：天津市南開區華苑產業園區中心

建筑面積：約5000平方米

設計要求：

1. 整個建筑風格與現代都市相匹配，注重人性化設計，突出科技感、文化感和環保節能等方面。
2. 內部空間布局合理，能夠滿足展覽、演示、接待、會議等多種功能需求。
3. 外立面材料選用環保可持續性材料，并考慮到耐久性和防水隔熱性。

報名要求：

1. 有相關工程設計經驗的機構或團隊。
2. 有優秀的項目經驗和專業人員組成的設計團隊優先考慮。
3. 獲得資質證書或榮譽的機構或團隊優先考慮。
